This is a subscription to my (diyquant) trading journey and the transactions I provide represent the trades that the system generates. The portfolios that I share are my current actual holdings. This is not an investment advice and I cannot be held responsible for any losses you may experience to your investment.

The automated strategy I am adopting is generally a breakout trend following system. It buys when the price reaches a high (breakout) and sells when it breaks down. Stop loss is followed strictly in an attempt to avoid huge losses. Sometimes the system will sell if it finds the stock is not trending even if stop loss has not been reached.

The system I am using may involve high risks to obtain high returns. Stop loss are not tight which could end up in big losses in a volatile market. Based on backtesting results, nearly 70% of the trades could be losing trades but the system attempt to keep the losses small. It depends on the other 30% for huge gains. Drawdown could be huge (>10%) and returns could be volatile especially during bear market. On the bright side, this system has been backtested to provide abnormal positive returns and so far it has given abnormal positive returns in real trading.

You may not be able to mimic fully my returns since I only post my trades after the market closes on the same day I do the buy/sell. Also refer to disclaimer below for further details and always perform your own due diligence.

Monthly/Yearly Subscription Fee; Recurring Billing

Each subscriber authorizes DIYQuantFund to bill her/him in advance for the Monthly/Yearly Subscription Fee and, unless or until DIYQuantFund receives a cancellation notice (per the instructions on the Website for cancellation) to automatically continue billing for the Monthly/Yearly Subscription Fee then in effect on a recurring monthly basis in advance for subscriber’s continued access to the service and any subscription content. A subscriber’s failure to maintain a current, valid acceptable Payment Source or the Payment’s Source’s refusal to accept the charge by DIYQuantFund shall entitle DIYQuantFund to terminate or otherwise restrict a subscriber's access to the service or any subscription content.

A subscriber reserves the right to terminate its subscription at any time (per the instructions on the Website for cancellation) provided however, that any Monthly/Yearly Subscription Fee previously paid will not be refunded. In the event of such termination, a subscriber will continue to have access to the service for the balance of the then remaining term.

DIYQuantFund reserves the right to increase or decrease the Monthly/Yearly Subscription Fee in any manner, at any time or from time to time, as it may in its sole discretion.
